Yes, renters must provide proof of active insurance in the primary renter’s name.
The policy must include collision, comprehensive, and liability coverage that transfers to rental vehicles. Some credit cards, like American Express, offer “Premium Car Rental Insurance” that may act as primary coverage.
All renters must present a valid U.S. or Canadian driver’s license at the time of rental.
- Photocopies, digital images, or temporary licenses are not accepted.
- International driver’s licenses are not permitted.
The renter must be physically present to complete the rental process.
Yes, a security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit amount is vehicle-specific and typically ranges from $1,000 to $2,500. We authorize the deposit amount at the start of the rental and release the funds upon the safe, undamaged return of the vehicle. (Other fees such as fuel, tolls, mileage, and tickets may be deducted from the deposit amount).
Sarasota luxury & exotic car rentals accept all major credit cards, including:

We do not accept cash, checks, debit cards, PayPal, or cryptocurrency.
All renters must be at least 25 years of age to rent a vehicle from Sarasota luxury & exotic rentals.
Yes, you may add up to two additional authorized drivers to your rental agreement for an additional fee.
Each additional driver must:
- Be present at the time of rental
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Be at least 25 years of age
- Meet all insurance and eligibility requirements
Yes. At Sarasota Motor Club, we redefine what it means to travel in luxury. Whether you’re attending a business meeting, a gala, or simply want to enjoy a stress-free ride, our professional chauffeur services offer exceptional comfort, discretion, and class. Chauffeur services are billed hourly with a three-hour minimum.
Your reservation is confirmed once full payment has been processed and you receive an official confirmation email from Sarasota luxury & exotic car rentals. This email will include your booking details, pickup or delivery instructions, and contact information for your concierge representative.
If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us directly to ensure your reservation is secure.
Our vehicles all have automatic transmission systems. Many also have paddle shifters too, which are very easy to operate. If you have any questions or concerns your sales representative can give you a driving tutorial.
A Sarasota luxury and exotic car rentals representative will provide instructions to clients wishing to return their vehicle after hours when they pick up their car. The renter’s responsibility for the vehicle does not end until a Sarasota Motor Club employee inspects the rental vehicle the next business day. Please be sure to lock the vehicle and return the keys as instructed.
We understand that pets are valued members of the family. Pets are allowed in four-door rental vehicles under the following conditions:
- Pets must remain crated at all times during the rental
- Vehicles must be returned clean and free of pet hair or odors to avoid additional cleaning fees
Service animals used by customers with disabilities are permitted in four-door vehicles without a crate.
Please note: Pets are not permitted in two-door rental vehicles under any circumstances.
Smoking (whether cigarettes, vapes, cigars, or other drugs) is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500.00 cleaning fee.
You may cancel your reservation within 48 hours of booking to receive a full refund, minus a $250 non-refundable booking fee.
Note: This applies to 48 hours from the time of booking, not 48 hours before your reservation date.
Cancellations made after 48 hours of the booking date will receive a credit toward a future reservation, minus the $250 non-refundable booking fee.
Your credit will remain valid for two years from the date of cancellation.
Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion in the case of unforeseen events such as severe weather or natural disasters.
Each driver is responsible for their own parking tickets, driving tickets, including red light camera tickets during the rental period.
We collect the full rental amount in advance or on the day of your rental. Once your reservation is confirmed, the vehicle is held exclusively for you and will not be re-rented during your rental period. If you return the vehicle early or cancel before the rental period ends, we will issue a credit toward a future rental—no refunds are provided.
Each reservation includes 100 miles per day. Exceeding the daily mileage limit will incur an additional charge per mile, which varies by vehicle. For specific pricing, please contact us directly.
No, you cannot pre-pay for extra miles.
Rentals beginning on Fridays or Saturdays require a two-day minimum.
However, single-day rentals may be available on weekends based on availability. While not guaranteed, we’re happy to accommodate one-day requests whenever possible—please contact us directly for consideration.
Rented vehicles may not be driven outside Sarasota and Bradenton counties without prior written approval.

Yes—we offer direct delivery to Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ), including both the main terminal parking lot and private FBOs such as:

Yes. Sarasota luxury and exotic rentals offers complementary delivery to many top hotels and resorts in the area, and for a small fee we can deliver to most locations within Sarasota and Bradenton counties.
Yes, we offer complimentary parking for personal vehicles during your rental period.
We are a 24hr service, which makes it easy for us to accommodate you on your schedule and those last-minute trips. We can deliver or pick up your rental at no cost to our designated locations within the hours of 8:30am (EST) – 8pm (EST). For deliveries or pick-ups outside our normal operating hours we charge a $50-$250 surcharge that varies by location and distance.
To ensure a smooth and timely experience, we kindly ask that clients allow a 1.5-hour delivery and pickup window. This flexibility allows our team to accommodate traffic, logistics, and ensure your vehicle arrives in pristine condition.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals who are:
- Intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Hung over or exhibiting signs of impairment
- Acting in an unsafe, disruptive, or compromised manner that may affect their ability to safely operate a vehicle
No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. However, a credit may be applied toward a future booking at the company’s discretion.
